Shipping Policy

All Olympica Stores products are printed on demand by Printify. Shipping times consist of two stages: production (printing and packing) and transit (carrier delivery).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and the available shipping methods. You will see the exact cost before confirming payment — there are no hidden shipping fees.
Production Times
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your items are sent to a Printify print provider for production. Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days. During peak periods (major holidays, promotional events), production may extend to 10–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Production + Transit = Total Delivery Time
Your total wait time is production time (3–7 business days) plus transit time. For example, a US domestic order could arrive in 6–12 business days total.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Transit times after your order ships: • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available) Shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on which Printify print provider fulfils your order.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International transit times after your order ships: • Canada and Mexico: 5–10 business days • Europe: 7–14 business days • Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days • Rest of World: 14–28 business days International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can add additional time outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier website. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order ID or email address.
Why does my tracking show no movement for several days?▾
This sometimes happens with international shipments or during high-volume periods. If there is no tracking movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
My tracking says delivered but I did not receive my order.▾
First, check around your property, with neighbours, and in any secure parcel locations. If still missing after 2–3 business days, contact us at support@olympicastores.com and we will open an investigation.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?▾
Address changes are only possible within 1 hour of order placement, before the order enters production. Contact us immediately at support@olympicastores.com with your order number and new address.
Do you offer free shipping?▾
We periodically run free shipping promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming offers.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from the price you pay at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by: • Carrier operational disruptions • Adverse weather conditions • Customs clearance delays for international shipments • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout • Events outside our control (force majeure) If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@olympicastores.com with your order number. We will work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
